Acupuncture treatments are typically structured around 6 sessions, as this is often the optimal number for most individuals to experience noticeable improvements. However, the number of sessions required can vary based on individual needs; some may see results sooner, while others might need additional treatments to achieve their health goals. Your practitioner will tailor a plan that’s right for you.
